Your privacy matters to us. Tower Mind Rush is built with privacy as a core principle — we don't collect, store, or share any of your personal information.

1. No Data Collection

Tower Mind Rush does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app functions entirely offline and does not request, save, or transmit any user data to any server or third party.

This means:

No account registration is required or available.
No personal identifiers (name, email, device ID) are collected.
Your journal entries, mood logs, and practice history never leave your device.
Your tower progress and streak data are stored locally using Hive and shared_preferences — both on-device.

2. No Internet Required

The app works entirely without an internet connection. It does not send or receive data, and does not track or monitor your in-app behavior. All 40+ practices, ambient audio, and bell cues ship bundled with the app — no downloads required after installation.

3. No Third-Party Services

Tower Mind Rush does not connect to external servers, APIs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. All practice content, audio, and functionality is self-contained within the app itself.

There are no SDKs from third-party data processors embedded in the app (e.g. no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no crash-reporting services that transmit data externally).

4. Local Storage Only

Any data the app stores — including your journal entries, mood history, streak counters, practice preferences, and reminder settings — is kept exclusively on your device using iOS-standard local storage mechanisms (Hive database, shared_preferences). You remain in full control of this data at all times.

You can export your journal data or reset all data at any time from within the app via Settings → Data.

5. Notifications

Tower Mind Rush can send local notifications (morning intention reminders, practice reminders, wind-down reminders) if you grant permission. These notifications are generated entirely on-device using iOS local notification APIs — no notification content is sent through any external server.

6. Safe for All Ages

The app is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for users aged 13 and above. It contains no inappropriate content and gathers no information from users of any age, including minors.

7. This Website

This website (towermindrush.online) may use strictly necessary cookies to function and, where applicable, privacy-respecting analytics. No personal data is collected for profiling or advertising purposes. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. Any updates will be reflected in the latest version of the app and on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
