By downloading or using Tower Mind Rush ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please review them carefully.

1. App Usage

Tower Mind Rush is designed for personal wellness and mindful activity. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the developer.
Attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce the bundled audio, content, or artwork.
Interfere with the App's local data storage or attempt to corrupt the app's state.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, practice content, text, branding, and design elements — are owned by or properly licensed to TOWER MIND RUSH LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on an Apple-branded device you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy and Data

Tower Mind Rush does not require an account and does not collect personal information. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. All preferences, progress, journal entries, and mood data may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Suitable for All Ages

The App is appropriate for users aged 13 and above and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

5. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

The App offers guided mindfulness and wellness activities for personal enrichment only. It is not a medical or therapeutic product and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Consult a qualified professional for health or medical advice. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care.

6. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOWER MIND RUSH LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Apple App Store Terms

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store distribution.

9. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the App. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via the App Store listing or an in-app notice.
